Last year it was alleged that ‘Teen Mom 2’ Slea Messer took more than $10,000 from a trust fund set up for her daughter Aliannah. According to a new report, Leah hasn’t replaced the money and now Ali’s father Corey Simms is taking her to court and a date has already been set.

According to a source that spoke with InTouch Leah also took at least $10,000 from her other daughter’s trust fund as well. “Corey is taking Leah to court. He is furious that she took that money. That was the girls’ money — not Leah’s,” the source told the magazine. “Corey’s going to do whatever he can to make sure it’s put back. He adores those kids and you better believe that he’s going to make sure that Leah doesn’t do anything to jeopardize their future.”

 UPDATE: 
According to a new report from The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Corey has not gone to court just yet over the twins’ missing money. “Corey has not taken any action at all against Leah… Currently, Corey doesn’t know where that money is,” a source told The Ashley. “He has not been able to locate it yet.”
