’16 & Pregnant’ And ‘Teen Mom 3’ star Mackenzie McKee has decided to get a sweet tattoo in honor of her mother who has been battling stage 4 lung and brain cancer.

Mackenzie shared a photo of her tattoo on Instagram. The tattoo says “Always Be kind” written in her mother’s handwriting.
