All ‘Teen Mom 2’ star Jenelle Evans wants for Christmas is a holiday without David Eason! Jenelle was granted an order of protection when she fled to Tennessee with her son Kaiser and daughter Ensley. She admitted to the judge that David was abusive and requested temporary custody of their daughter.
RadarOnline reports that according to a Davidson County clerk in Nashville, “there has been a continuance until the 13th of January. The order of protection will be extended until that date.”
In the order of protection Jenelle asked the judge to ban David from contacting her and posting on social media about her. She also asked that he not hurt or threaten to hurt any of their animals that were left on their “homestead.” She also requested that David pay all court costs and lawyer fees.
So it looks like Jenelle will be celebrating Christmas in Tennessee without having to deal with court. At least during the holiday season. Jenelle and David are due back in court on January 13th. Stay tuned…
