We have watched Rachel struggle to obtain (and actually take) birth control on the last couple  episodes of ‘Teen Mom Young and Pregnant.’ Rachel even tells her doctor that if she doesn’t get birth control immediately she WILL get pregnant again. She explained to the MTV cameras that some guys don’t like for you to ask about condoms. (Which I should point out for any young readers is completely ridiculous.)

In a sneak peek posted by the TMYP Facebook page Rachel takes a pregnancy test and is (not) shocked by the result.

Her mother breaks down crying when the test reveals that Rachel is indeed pregnant again. Rachel then goes outside to call her boyfriend and tell him the news. He sounds less than thrilled as well. Watch the clip below:
