‘Unexpected’ dad Max Schenzel was arrested last week when he showed up to court after having his probation revoked for numerous violations. His disregard for the terms of his probation finally came to a head when his probation officer decided to have a warrant issued for his arrest.

According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup Max was taken into custody at 10:30am on Monday February 10th.

Max was also arrested in January for allegedly assaulting girlfriend/ mother of his child Chloe Mendoza. The couple appear to still be together even after all of Max’s legal trouble.

He has since been released from jail and is due back in court on Tuesday. More details to come, stay tuned.
