‘Teen Mom OG’ Amber Portwood is being sued by the Geist Harbours Property Owners Association for unpaid fees on her Indianapolis home. After Amber was arrested in July of 2019 for a domestic dispute with her then boyfriend Andrew Glennon she moved out of the home and allowed Andrew to live there with their son James.
At the time Amber was found guilty of Count 1 Domestic Battery (Level 6 Felony) and was sentenced to 2.5 years of Probation. Since then Amber and Andrew had a nasty custody battle over their son but have come to an agreement that allows Amber visitation and prevents Andrew from moving with James to California.

According to The Blast, “[The] Defendant has failed to timely pay the mandatory assessments, late fees and other charges on their property as required by the covenants. Thus, Defendant is indebted to the Association for $620.00 for past due unpaid assessments and other charges as of the date of this filing.” She is also being sued for the attorney fees.
This is not the only legal trouble that Amber had to face this month, she was also pulled over by Indianapolis Metropolitan Police on August 4 for “unlawful driving of vehicle through or within a safety zone.” The realty star was hit with a $171 fine.
