‘Teen Mom OG’ star recently revealed that she is pregnant with her second child (first with boyfriend Zach Davis.) On Friday January 1st Chey shared photos of their gender reveal party and announced that she is having a baby boy!

Cheyenne also posted a video on her YouTube channel showcasing her party planning and decorating skills. The gender reveal party took place outside and featured plenty of pink and blue sweet treats and décor. In the video Cheyenne’s loved ones give their predictions and celebrate together as a helicopter flying overhead spouts blue smoke!
