‘Teen Mom 2’ star isn’t exactly known for her good decision making but she has come a long way over the past year. Being pregnant again seemed to have calmed her down and while I’m still convinced that trying to have a child with someone you only met a few months before was a terrible idea… she seems to be taking parenting more seriously this time around.
Jenelle tells Us Weekly about her and Nathan’s routine with baby Kaiser, who is now 3 months old. “We take turns at night. He usually stays up until 4 in the morning and then I get Kaiser when he wakes up around 5. I love how hands-on Nathan is. We bicker here or there, but nothing major. No yelling. I think Kaiser brought us a lot closer.“
She also explains that the couple are waiting to get married. They don’t want to “jump into” anything…
I recently reported that Jenelle is no longer breastfeeding like we saw her doing on the show. In this interview she explains why. “I tried breast-feeding for a month, but it was so exhausting. It was like taking a sleeping pill! The first two weeks, my hormones were going crazy. One time I just started crying and I was like, ‘I’m overwhelmed.’ Nathan was there all the time to comfort me, tell me it would be OK and that we’d get through it.”
Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry is a major breastfeeding advocate so it’s no surprise that she spend her Mother’s Day weekend helping to educate the public on the benefits of breastfeeding. Kailyn, Javi, Isaac and Lincoln all participated in a walk event on Saturday held by the Best for Babes Foundation.
“It’s not just breastmilk, it’s MIRACLE MILK. Before you judge someone for how they are breastfeeding look up how great breastmilk is and what it can do for people and babies. It may change your outlook… On what breasts are meant to do anyway. Whether you want to see it or not, babies have to eat. Either look away or accept the fact that, just like you, a baby may not want to have his/her face covered while eating.” -Kailyn Lowry
Kailyn post to instagram this adorable photo of Lincoln during a feeding with the caption: “Perfect! I find more and more people don’t truly know what breastmilk can do. Breastmilk can save lives yet people are so turned off by breastfeeding. Thank you Ashley for capturing this. I love it so much. #miraclemilk#miraclemilkstroll” (Photography by Ashley Jade)
