‘Teen Mom OG’ Dad Ryan Edwards was released from jail Monday April 15th after 3 months behind bars. Now it seems that instead of rushing home to his devoted wife and children he would rather sit in the woods alone and ride off into the sunset on his motor cycle…
According to an insider that spoke with RadarOnline Ryan intends to do just that.
“Ryan told Mackenzie, ‘The first thing I want to do is… I need a little time to be by myself…’ He’s had no private time at all. He said he wants to sit in the woods for a whole day and not have to listen to anyone talk… He wants to get on his motorcycle and ride it.”
“[Mackenzie] understands,” the source said. “She told him, ‘I’ve been taking care of these kids. You need to help me with the kids when you’re done!’ She’s been really good. She’s been very firm with Ryan.”
Huh? Firm? I feel like if I was taking care of our newborn alone for 3 months and you’re not dying to get home to me and our family… bye Felicia.
But what can I say? The girl is loyal that’s for sure.
In a new exclusive with The Ashley Ryan’s mother Jen says the couple are still living together and says his “private time” has been taken out of context.
“I believe Ryan was venting a bit to Mackenzie at some point in a conversation because of the amount of people that can be in your ear talking about their problems and issues in jail… After three months of literally no peace at all, you get to place where being alone for a minimal amount of time becomes a luxury.
Having time to somewhat deprogram yourself and calm the anxiety from the environment you have been living in is what Ryan is trying to do.”
What do you think? Is Ryan being selfish right now or does he deserve some R & R after being in jail for 3 months? Sound off in the comments!
Jenelle Evans boyfriend/new baby daddy recently served a couple of weeks behind bars for charges stemming from his 3rd DUI offense, which he was arrested for last Fall. Jenelle Evans is now claiming that the entire case has been resolved and that Nathan will not be serving any more time… however the public judicial records are telling a different story.
“Uhm… Idk why everyone thinks Nathan still has a pending DUI… Why do u think he served time?! Went in for DUS and DUI was disposed.” Jenelle tweeted on April 27th. The statement raised a lot of debate and a fan quickly shared a screen shot of Nathan’s pending DUI charge. The time that he served in early April was for: Resisting Arrest, Driving Under a Suspended License, Threatening a Police Officer, Giving a false name and address, and driving on the wrong side of the road. Nathan has not served any time for the DUI it’self and it’s been reported that Nathan is due back in court on May 5th for just that. From the looks of things on ‘Teen Mom 2’ Nathan feels that he was treated wrongfully by the arresting officers… so perhaps he’s fighting the charge?
Well that was unexpected! Nathan was supposed to serve at least 30 days in jail for resisting arrest (among other things) when he got caught drinking and driving for the third time. Oddly though he ended up only serving about a third of that time. Nathan got out of jail just in time for Easter dinner and another doctor’s appointment for Jenelle today.
I’m still fairly certain that he has not gone to court for the actual DUI yet, which again is odd because I thought those types of cases were done right away. It’s a real concern that he may be headed right back behind bars since this is his third DUI offence which will leave Jenelle with a newborn to raise on her own.
However in Jenelle-land it’s all smiles when she welcomed home her man. She surprised him with a special wall she decorated with photos of the two of them and some lights. (Pictured above) She had been working on that little project while he was in jail to keep herself busy I guess and to have something special waiting for him when he got home.
Jenelle and Nathan’s relationship will be discussed on this week’s Teen Mom 2 Reunion, see a sneak peek HERE!
